Reservations:
To accommodate your desired appointment, a credit card is required to reserve your spot.
The card on file can be used towards your total service payment. Details of our cancellation policies are provided below.
Guests:
Please DO NOT bring extra guests or children to your appointment. Underaged clients are permitted to bring a guardian or parent.
Rescheduling Policy:
We understand life happens, however, we have to limit rescheduling appointments to a maximum of 1 time per appointment (only applicable for 24 hours in advance) Once you have reached your limit your appointment will be declined.
Cancellation Policies and Fees:
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please log in to our booking site 8 hours in advance.
Clients who miss (No Call No Show) their appointments without giving any prior notification will not be able to reschedule or book future appointments and the total cost of the Service will be charged.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit or debit card to guarantee a reservation. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
Lateness:
If you are late past 15 mins of your scheduled appointment it will be canceled. Any accommodations will be charged a $20 convenience fee. No Shows will not be able to reschedule or book future appointments.
Our online booking system will not allow you to cancel your appointment less than 8 hours before your appointment. You must text or call to cancel less than 8 hours before your appointment time. To Cancel Text/Call (214)664-6409
Prices and services:
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking their appointment.
Series of treatments:
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any treatment series that are purchased. We will however exchange them for other products or credit of equal value.
Payments and Gratuity:
We accept CASH & all major credit cards. We do not accept Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, Personal checks, or Traveler’s checks.
Gratuity is not included in the price of service or series, customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion.
Return policy:
Skincare products, Services, and gift cards/certificates are non-refundable
